Ingredients The heavy cream which is not a common ingredient in traditional bolognese acts as an emulsifier and makes the sauce extra creamy and indulgent, which might not be for everyone! Add the ground beef and Italian sausage in with the veggies and cook until browned. I adore freezing red sauces, while I never freeze a cream sauce. I highly recommend this place.
